How to get to the Lac a Curbans campsite

In the Southern Alps, on the edge of the Hautes Alpes and the Alpes de Haute Provence, halfway between Gap and Sisteron, you will find the campsite du Lac à Curbans, located at the edge of the small lake of Curbans, retained EDF water.

Getting to the Lac à Curbans campsite

By car

From Grenoble:

• Take the A51 towards Sisteron until the end of the motorway.
• Continue on the D1075 towards Gap / Sisteron.
• A few km after the small village of Saint Julien en Beauchêne, turn left on the D994B towards Veyne / Gap.
• Arrival in Gap, take the direction of Sisteron / Tallard by the RN85
• Continue on the D1085 towards Sisteron / La Saulce.
• Then turn right on the D19 towards Curbans.
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit.
• At the give way, turn left on the CD4.
• the Lac campsite is a little further on your left.

From Marseille:

• Take the A51 to the Tallard / la Saulce exit.
• At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Sisteron / La Saulce.
• Then turn right on the D19 towards Curbans.
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit.
• At the give way, turn left on the CD4.
• the Lac campsite is a little further on your left.

By train

The easiest way is to get off at Gap; several car rental agencies are located near the station. Then there is 30 minutes.

• Take the D1085 towards Sisteron / La Saulce.
• Then turn right on the D19 towards Curbans.
• At the roundabout take the 1st exit.
• At the give way, turn left on the CD4.
• the Lac campsite is a little further on your left.
