If you wish to pay your balance by check / holiday vouchers, it is imperative that we receive it 45 days before the start of your stay.
For any sending of holiday vouchers we recommend sending by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: The 25% deposit must be paid in full when booking.
It is possible to stagger the payment of the balance, as long as your balance is paid no later than 45 days before the start of your stay.

Q: I have support for my works council, what should I do to have a certificate or invoice?
A: After your stay, we will be able to issue a certificate of stay and a paid invoice upon request.

TAXES FROM STAY
Q: Why do I have to pay tourist taxes?
A: They are established in almost all tourist sites and are collected on behalf of communities of municipalities. You must therefore pay it. They are very variable according to the communities of communes, which fix the amount, taxable persons (adults) and the periods of collection.

A: Yes, all our rentals (mobile homes and caravans) are equipped with pillows and blankets or quilts.
Q: Are sheets and towels provided?
A: Bed linen is not provided, however you can rent sheets. The bathroom linen is not provided.
CAPACITY OF THE'ACCOMMODATION
Q: How many people are possible per accommodation?
A: For security and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants provided for when booking.
The campsite manager will refuse anyone, other than those provided for at the time of booking, even if he offers to pay a supplement. The reservation forms must imperatively mention the names, first names and dates of birth of all the occupants (including the baby or babies under three years old).
Q: Is a baby considered a person?
A: A baby is actually considered a whole person.
VEHICLES
Q: How many vehicles are allowed per booking? Where can I park?
A: Only one vehicle is included in the rental of an accommodation, all additional vehicles are payable whether it is on the pitch (if space allows without disturbing the neighbors) or on the campsite parking lot.
ANIMALS
Q: Do you accept animals?
A: Dogs are allowed (except category I and II dogs), dog owners must ensure that it does not harm the campsite (noise, excrement, ramblings). All other animals are prohibited.
Exceptionally, the customer may ask (when booking), permission to bring a cat.
BARBECUE
Q: Is it possible to use barbecues?
A: Collective barbecues with charcoal are installed in the campsite. The only individual barbecues allowed are gas ones.
The use of electric barbecue is prohibited.
INTERNET
Q: Is Wifi present in the campsite?
A: Wifi is present on the campsite, for 99% of the pitches, only one connection per pitch for a single device.
The quality of internet connections may vary depending on the establishment's hours and attendance.
