What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card (over the phone or on our website), bank checks, bank transfers, and holiday vouchers.

I haven’t received a confirmation for my reservation or the stay voucher, what should I do?

What does the Cancellation/Interruption Insurance cover?

Can I pay in installments?

The 25% deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking.

It is possible to stagger the payment of the balance, as long as the total balance is paid no later than 45 days before the start of your stay.

To do so, click on the same link as for the balance and specify the amount you wish to pay.

Arrivals and Reception Conditions

What are the check-in and check-out times?
  • Low season: Check-in between 3 PM and 7 PM, check-out between 9 AM and 11 AM.
  • High season: Check-in between 3 PM and 7 PM, check-out between 8 AM and 11 AM.
What is the maximum number of people per accommodation?

For safety and insurance reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants specified at the time of booking.

The campsite manager will refuse to accept any person other than those specified at the time of booking, even if a supplement is proposed.

Booking forms must include the full names and dates of birth of all occupants (including babies under three years old).

Is a baby considered a person?

 A baby is indeed considered a full-fledged person.

How many vehicles are allowed per reservation? Where can I park?

Only one vehicle is included in the rental of an accommodation. Any additional vehicle is subject to a fee, whether parked on the pitch (if space allows without disturbing neighbors) or in the campsite parking lot.

Do you accept animals?

Dogs are allowed (except category I and II dogs).

Dog owners must ensure that their pets do not cause any disturbance to the campsite (noise, waste, roaming) and that they are kept on a leash at all times.

All other animals are prohibited. As an exception, clients may request permission (at the time of booking) to bring a cat.

Is it possible to use barbecues?

Shared charcoal barbecues are available at the campsite. The only individual barbecues allowed are gas barbecues.

The use of electric barbecues, griddles (or any other electric devices) is prohibited.

Is Wi-Fi available at the campsite?

Wi-Fi is available at the campsite, covering 95% of the pitches, with one connection per pitch for a single device.

The quality of the internet connection may vary depending on the time of day and the number of users at the facility.

Can you recharge an electric or hybrid car?

There are no electricity points on the campsite. The nearest are shown on this website and are 4 km away in Tallard.

It is forbidden to use domestic power outlets at the campsite to charge your vehicle.

It is also prohibited to use the power outlets in your chalet or mobile home to charge your vehicle.
